Service Description

Join me for this mind-body practice with a focus on improving strength, coordination, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full body movements. Using your own body weight and minimal equipment provided to you by your instructor, you will be guided through flowing exercises that can be modified to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. What to bring: a yoga mat, a water bottle, and your beautiful self
